| PET POLICY |
a.) No Pets Allowed, Even Temporarily. No pets are allowed, even temporarily, anywhere in the house, apartment or
apartment community unless management has consented to the pet and Resident has signed the pet endorsement and
paid a deposit. Residents must advise guests of this policy so they can make other arrangements prior to their visit.
b.) No Strays. Residents shall not keep or feed stray animals in their house, apartment or on the grounds of the
community. For your own safety and that of others, Residents must notify management if they notice any stray
animals on the grounds. We love animals, but strays can be dangerous.
c.) Cleaning Charges. If a pet has been in the Resident's house or apartment, even temporarily (with or without
consent), Resident may be charged for de-fleaing, deodorizing and/or shampooing
IF A PET IS FOUND TO HAVE BEEN IN THE UNIT DURING THE TERM OF THE LEASE, THE SECURITY
DEPOSIT IS FORFEIT AS THE PET IS A DIRECT VIOLATION OF THE LEASE.
